  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 lbs blended winter squash, butternut, kabocha, and so forth., peeled and lower into 3/4 –inch cubes
